💳 Payment & Cancellation

• Accommodation is paid directly to the hotel after booking

• 🔒 Booking code for accommodation will be sent after event registration.

• Cancellation policy of accomodation:
  Up to 1 month before arrival – 70% refund
  Up to 1 week before arrival – 50% refund

We assign rooms gradually, starting from those closest to the milonga space and moving toward the more distant ones.
