Terms & Conditions – Tango Rústico
1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the tango event Tango Rústico (hereinafter referred to as the "event"), organized by:

2. Nature of the Event
The event is a social and leisure activity focused on Argentine tango and related activities.
The registration fee includes services specified on the website of the respective event edition.
3. Registration and Contract Formation
Registration is carried out via an online form.
By submitting the registration, the participant makes a binding order.
Participation is not automatically guaranteed.
A contractual relationship is established only after:
confirmation of the registration by the organizer
and payment of the registration fee
The organizer reserves the right to reject any registration, in particular due to capacity or organizational reasons.
4. Price and Payment Terms
The price is determined according to the current pricing.
Payment is made via bank transfer (CZK or EUR).
Transfer fees are borne by the participant.
Participation is bindingly confirmed only after the payment has been credited to the organizer's account.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Participant
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the specific edition of the event and are always stated on the website.
In general:
If the participant cancels before the specified deadline, they are entitled to a partial refund.
After this deadline, the right to a refund ceases.
5.2 Transfer of Participation
After the cancellation deadline:
participation may be transferred to another person
such transfer is subject to approval by the organizer
The organizer reserves the right to reject the transfer, in particular due to organizational reasons.
5.3 No-show
If a participant does not attend the event without prior cancellation (no-show), they are not entitled to any refund of the registration fee or any part thereof.
5.4 Additional Conditions
In the case of payments in EUR, the refunded amount may be affected by exchange rate differences.
Costs for accommodation, travel, or other services are not included in the registration fee, unless explicitly stated otherwise, and are non-refundable.
6. Changes and Event Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to:
change the program, venue, or schedule
modify individual parts of the program
Changes to the program do not constitute grounds for a refund of the registration fee.
The organizer further reserves the right to cancel the event.
In the event of cancellation by the organizer:
the registration fee will be refunded or
an alternative solution will be offered
7. Withdrawal from Contract
The participant acknowledges that pursuant to Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, as this is a leisure service provided on a specific date.
8. Participation at Own Risk
Participation in the event is at the participant's own responsibility.
The organizer is not liable for:
injuries
health complications
loss or damage to personal belongings
9. Code of Conduct
The participant agrees to:
respect other participants
follow the rules of the event and social conduct
comply with the organizer's instructions
The organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant without refund in the case of inappropriate behavior.
10. Photo and Video Documentation
Photos and video recordings may be taken during the event.
By participating in the event, the participant agrees to their use for the organizer's marketing purposes.
11. Force Majeure
The organizer is not liable for cancellation or limitation of the event due to force majeure, in particular:
epidemics
actions of public authorities
unforeseen operational obstacles
In such cases, an alternative solution will be offered.

Official communication is conducted via e-mail:

Communication via social media is not considered binding.
13. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is handled by:

14. Governing Law
Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and effective.
16. Language Versions
In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Czech version shall prevail.
17. Final Provisions
These Terms & Conditions are valid from September 1, 2025.
The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
